Sinéid Codd uses print and installation to question and articulate the relationships we form with found objects, places and histories. Her work is a dialogue between the literal and the imaginative. She has a BA in Fine Art from Winchester School of Art and an MA in Printmaking at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL.
Sinéid has extensive experience in working as a creative practitioner in education and community contexts across London and the South East, including with the Design Museum, British Museum, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, Serpentine Gallery, Chisenhale Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Hastings Museum & Art Gallery, South London Gallery and the British Library. Since 1997, she has worked to commission within the arts and health sector, producing works for the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals, Great Western Hospital Swindon, Royal London Hospital, Conquest Hospital Hastings and the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Trust.
